Tsvetnye Metally
I. V. Tananaev Institute of Chemistry and Technology of Rare Elements and Mineral Raw Materials celebrated its 60th anniversary on the 27th of December 2017. In connection with this event, a compilation of articles was written, considering various urgent issues, such as: cobalt extraction, complex processing of audialyte, niobium and tantalum extraction from bismutotantalite, purification of process effluents.
The item “Economics and management of production” shows a review of the global tin market and state of Russian tin industry.
The item “Benefication” includes an article about mineral resource base in Azerbaijan.
The item “Rare metals, semiconductors” shows a review of methods of obtaining of aluminium-scandium ligatures.
