Automatic control and management system for technological process of distribution and feed-in of sintering charge material (mathematical software)

The brochure briefly describes the principles of building the mathematical software of automatic control and management systems for the processes of distribution of sintering charge material between bins and its feed-in to the sintering units. The algorithms allowing to distribute the charge materials between the bins in the most rational mode are observed. They are analyzed for the sections of correlation of productivity of charging and sintering divisions, charging mass stabilization in the charging bin of sintering unit and thickness of the layer of charging material on sintering band. Mathematical software of control systems of dual-layer feed-in, systems for optimization of thickness layer of charging material and automatic control and management system for technological process (entitled “Charging”) in general is described.
The main part of regulations, presented in this brochure, is protected by the patents. The examined algorithms are accompanied by the numerical examples, for concrete purposes. The main conclusions have been checked during commercial operation of automatic control systems. The brochure is intended for designing engineers, specialists in the field of automation (especially at sintering plants), and can be also useful for the students of corresponding specialty.
